Our Fiesta-themed Spring Carnival will feature food & drinks from your favorite food trucks, carnival attractions, a silent auction, entertainment, raffles and so much more!

Event Tickets

Presale has begun! Buy your tickets now before the presale ends on April 10th.

Wristbands and tickets will be available for purchase on the day of as well. Cash and Credit Card are accepted. American Express will not be accepted.

Event Ticket Options

Certain attractions require an All-Access Wristband to gain entry. Other attractions listed below use tickets. See below to learn more.

Day of Information:

  • Event Will Call will begin at 4:00 PM on the day of (Friday, April 14th) for all those who pre-purchased their Wristbands/Event Tickets/Raffle Tickets
  • Please have name and email confirmation ready at Will Call
  • Carnival Gates open at 4:30 PM
  • Wristbands/Event Tickets/Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue throughout the evening.

Volunteer

Are you interested in volunteering at our Spring Carnival? This event wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers. We have a variety of positions available. There are various volunteer positions with most shifts only lasting 45 minutes! Silent Auction

One of the most anticipated events at our Spring Carnival is the Silent Auction. Not only can you bid on items at the event, but family and friends from all over can view and bid on our handcrafted and carefully procured baskets by using our online auction platform. Bidding ends at various times throughout the evening, however using the app can help to keep track of your favorites. What will you be bidding on?

Donations and Basket Collections By Grade

Each grade level will be gathering donations for several themed baskets. We are currently collecting donations and will be putting them together in time for our silent auction. Please find each grade levels basket donation sign up below. Please remember that all donated items must be new. If you prefer, you can also donate in the form of:

  • cash
  • gift cards – store card (Target, Walmart, etc.) or card that fits the theme (e.g. spa card for the SpaTastic theme)
  • online donation

Please turn in all items and donations to your classroom teacher no later than Friday, March 31, 2023.

Parking

Large crowds are expected at this highly anticipated event. Please note, as different areas of the school grounds will be in use for the carnival, the bus loop and staff parking lots in the back of the school will be CLOSED.

A limited number of VIP Parking spots will be available for purchase soon!

Volunteer Parking (with authorized parking pass) will be allowed to park in the side lot.

General Parking will be available in the Concordia Parking Lot, located across the street (Huebner Rd.) from the school. Please note: entrance to the Concordia Lot is through the Frontage Rd. entrance. Police and crossing guards will be stationed to guide traffic.
